A: We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

For receipts after ordering, please contact us using this form with your order number and receipt name.
Receipts will be issued as soon as the product is shipped, so please note that if you purchase a pre-order product, the issuance will be delayed.
※For tax reasons, we will not issue receipts with a blank address (no name) or with unclear information such as “Your Highness”.
※Due to system issues, notes cannot be written, and instead, only the name of the product purchased will be written.
*We do not reissue lost tickets.

A. The discount will only be applied if the correct coupon code is entered in the coupon code input field at checkout.

*Multiple coupons cannot be used together.
*As a general rule, each coupon type can only be used once per person.
*Coupons can only be used within their expiration date.
*Coupons cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
*Coupon codes and coupon functions that have already been issued may be changed or terminated without prior consent from the customer.

It depends on where you are. Once you place an order, we will arrange to ship out the according products in 5-8 business days. It usually takes about 7-15 business days to arrive. A few orders may arrive in more than 20 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
However, if the order falls on a holiday such as New Year’s Day or Golden Week, it will be shipped on the next business day or later. Pre-ordered items will be shipped “as soon as they arrive.”
*Business days are weekdays excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and the New Year holidays.

A. We are sorry, but we cannot specify the delivery date and time.
We will deliver the products as soon as they are ready.

A. If the recipient is not at home, the carrier will post a missed delivery notice and will respond after receiving contact from the recipient.

Basically, if the recipient is not at home 7 days after the missed delivery notice is posted, the product will be returned to the affiliated warehouse from which it was shipped.

If the product cannot be delivered and is returned, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee for redelivery, so please try to receive it as soon as possible.

A. Unfortunately, as a general rule we do not accept changes to addresses.

For pre-ordered items, please contact us using the inquiry form before you receive the shipping confirmation email.

A. Some of our products are shipped from Amazon warehouses.
Please note that there is a possibility that the sender may be listed as “Amazon LLC.”

A. As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer reasons after an order has been placed.

For pre-ordered items that are out of stock at the time of application, cancellations will be accepted if there is a delay of more than two months from the stated delivery date.

A. If the product is defective or faulty, we will accept the return and send a replacement product at our expense if you return it to our office within 7 days of receiving the product.

However, please note that if we inspect the returned product and find it to be in working order, the supporter will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return.

A. You can make a purchase without registering as a member. You can also register as a member later.

A. If you wish to change your membership registration information or cancel your membership, please contact us using the form here and state your intention to cancel.

A. Yes, you can change the settings yourself.

① Display the login screen from “Account Details at the top right of the site.
② “Change Password”.
③ A function to prevent unauthorized login by third parties. After confirming that you are not a robot, you will be notified that “We have sent you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.”
④ An email with the subject: [FARFARSHOP Store] Reset your customer account password will be sent to your registered email address. Press the “Reset Password” button to move to the site screen.
⑤ Enter your new password and reset your password.

This completes the password reset.
